About Haramain Foundation

Named after the Two Holy Sanctuaries

The word Haramain (الحرمين) is the Arabic dual form of Haram — the two sacred sanctuaries of Makkah al-Mukarramah and Madinah al-Munawwarah. These are the most beloved places on earth to every Muslim, the destinations of Hajj and Umrah, and the heart of our faith.

Haramain Foundation takes its name from this sacred bond. We exist to serve the guests of Allah — the pilgrims who travel toward these two holy cities — with guidance, education, volunteer support and country-level coordination, so that every Muslim, regardless of language, age or means, can perform their sacred journey with dignity and ease.

Makkah al-Mukarramah

Home of the Kaaba — the qiblah of every Muslim and the destination of Hajj and Umrah.

Madinah al-Munawwarah

City of the Prophet ﷺ — the radiant city that welcomed Islam and his blessed resting place.
